How to set the default booking duration?

To choose the desired time limit for bookings, follow these steps: 

1. From the side menu, go to Settings. 

2. Click on Settings again. 

3. Then click on Booking Settings. 

4. Choose the desired time limit from the drop-down menu titled "Default booking duration".

Setting booking duration according to party size 

While large tables are nice to have, they do tend to overstay. Tableo's "Booking Duration Matrix" allows you to set the booking duration in minutes according to party size. To do so: 

1. From the side menu, go to Settings. 

2. Click on Settings again. 

3. Click on Booking Duration Matrix. 

4. From there you can set a booking duration of 2 hours for a table of 2, and 3 hours for a table of 10. 

Note: If no booking duration by party size is set, the default booking duration will apply. 

The notification informing patrons that "Table is required to be returned by (end of the booking duration)" will now be added to the widget's success page and in the confirmation email.
