Tableo is a fast-growing company currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant at Tableo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will provide administrative support to various departments and assist in day-to-day tasks to help our team achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.

  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy access to important documents.

  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects or presentations.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office events.

  • Provide support to team members and executives as required, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

  • Perform general office duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing.


  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and other office software.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
