Remote Customer Service Representative (Spanish speaking)

You’ll be the voice and champion of our customers. Your role is far more than just solving tickets. You’ll build relationships, identify opportunities, guide our clients to maximise the benefits of our platform, and help craft a world-class experience that keeps them coming back.
What you’ll do:
Provide outstanding support via phone, email, and live chat.
Ensure each customer receives top-quality service, feels listened to and leaves happier than when they reached out.
Guide clients through online bookings, onboarding and everyday queries – you’ll be their go-to expert.
Work as part of a global, multilingual team, bringing your language skills, personality and tech smarts to the table.
Who You Are
A brilliant communicator with a friendly personality and the drive to exceed expectations.
Fluent in business English and Spanish. Additional languages, such as Italian, German, Dutch, or French, are a strong asset.
Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new tools. You don’t just solve the “what?” but you get to the “why?” of the issue.
You thrive in a fast-moving environment and care deeply about customer success, not just closing tickets.
