When a reservation is started in Syrve, Tableo marks it as Arrived. Reservations created or cancelled in Syrve also update in Tableo, and tables opened directly at the POS are recorded as walk-ins.

Yes. Bookings made in Tableo appear on your Syrve terminal once the integration is connected and your tables are matched between the two systems.
Reservations created in Syrve appear in Tableo with the date, time, table and party size. Cancelling the reservation in Syrve also cancels it in Tableo.
When the reservation is started and guests are seated in Syrve, the booking is marked as Arrived in Tableo automatically.
Yes. When a waiter opens a new order on a table in Syrve without a reservation, Tableo creates a walk-in for that table, so staff do not need to add it by hand.
Yes. Once the bill is closed in Syrve, the order appears on the Tableo booking with each item ordered, quantity, price, discounts, subtotal and final total.
