We’re excited to unveil Tableo’s new Patron Frequency report. This useful feature is designed to help restaurant managers easily identify their most loyal customers and spot frequent “cancellers”. Check who’s on your naughty or nice list just in time for Xmas!
Reward your best customers
With the Patron Frequency report, you can filter by date range to see which patrons have booked the most reservations or covers within a specific period. For a long-term view, the report also shows all-time booking leaders. This makes it easy to recognize and reward your top guests – whether it’s through personalized service, a drink on the house, or a special surprise to show your appreciation.
Manage problematic patrons
On the flip side, the report highlights customers who have cost you the most revenue through last-minute cancellations or no-shows. With this insight, you can choose to take proactive measures such as blacklisting problematic contacts through Tableo’s Blacklist feature, available as a free add-on. Should the contact attempt to make an online reservation in the future, the restaurant will appear as fully booked.
