Open the full booking list, then sort or filter it in seconds to find exactly what you are looking for.

Adding a reservation while you are on the move? The app suggests guest names as you type, allowing you to add returning guests to the diary in moments. Tap any booking to seat your guests, update the details, cancel the reservation or mark a no-show.

Running the Floor From an iPad or Android Tablet?

Turn your tablet to landscape view to get a full-width Diary view on one screen. It’s designed to work perfectly for the taps you make the most. Start from the guest list on the right, tap the guest name you’re looking for and the Diary will bring the booking to the front. No more scrolling to find the right one. Tap the “Add a booking” button, or tap on the table to place a reservation, whichever you prefer.

The new Diary is designed to be convenient for the way you work. Choose whether to hide or display no-shows and cancellations, pick compact or full view, and display booking colours based on either status or booking channel. Your restaurant, your choice.

The Diary now has a separate tab for each dining area, so there is no endless scroll. Choose the area you want, see how many guests are already seated, or move guests between dining areas, all in one seamless experience.

A tip: look for the occupancy stats bar, one of your most requested features.

Switch Between Restaurant Locations in One App

If you manage more than one venue through Tableo, you can switch between restaurants from within the app. There is no need to maintain a separate mobile booking diary for each location.
