Boosting your restaurant’s reputation with customer feedback and reviews has never been easier. With our latest update, whenever a customer leaves your restaurant, they’ll get an email nudging them to share their experience not only with you, but you can also encourage them to spread the love and share publicly on Google, Facebook and TripAdvisor. All this and more in our latest update.

3rd party review platforms

Get more mileage out of your customer reviews. Now from within Review > Settings, we have added a new button “Third Party Channels Settings”. From here you can seamlessly integrate links for your restaurant’s Facebook, Google and Tripadvisor reviews.

When your diners receive the feedback email post-visit, they’ll find clickable links for each selected third-party channel, streamlining their review process.

Special Service Hour description on widget

When booking via the online widget, the description will now reflect any Special Service hours description set for the selected day. For regular service hours, the default description will remain unchanged.

For example on Father’s Day, the online booking description will automatically update to the description on the Special Service hours for Father’s Day.
